The Multi-Orgasmic Man

This year, a friend sent me an e-book called ‘The Multi-Orgasmic Man: How Any Man Can Experience Multiple Orgasms and Dramatically Enhance His Sexual Relationship’ written by Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams Arava.

The first author is a Taoist master and professor of alternative medicine, renowned for his teaching of the philosophy known as Universal Healing Tao (UHT), along with Tao Yoga. Since childhood, Chia has studied Buddhist techniques for “quieting the mind”, alternating them with practices such as tai chi chuan and kung fu.

Douglas Abrams Arava, on the other hand, is one of the New York Times’ best-selling co-authors with ‘The Book of Joy: Lasting Happiness in a Changing World’, along with Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu. He currently lives in Santa Cruz, California, and is the founder and president of Idea Architects, a literary agency and media development company that helps visionaries create a wiser, healthier, and fairer world.

If you ask me about the book: I highly recommend it. If anyone needs it, you can let me know and I will forward it to you. It consists of 164 pages divided into nine chapters. And although it’s a book about sex, what I liked the most was the warning:

“This is not just another sex book. There is so much talk about sex today, and yet still so much misunderstanding, that it is difficult to know what is of any value or use”.

More than three thousand years ago, the Chinese recognized that men can achieve multiple orgasms when they delay or retain ejaculation. This seemingly simple technique is possible because orgasm and ejaculation are two distinct physical processes, even though Western men have long viewed them as a single process.

The authors claim that in this book you will learn to:

  • Have multiple orgasms without losing your erection: You will experience longer and more intense orgasms throughout your whole body.
  • Use sexual energy to improve your overall health: By doing this, you will be able to increase your sexual energy and vitality.
  • Recognize your partner’s signs of desire: You will have the ability to help your partner become multi-orgasmic as well. At the same time, you will master techniques that will completely satisfy them.
  • Use sexuality to deepen spirituality and thus have safer and more pleasurable sex.
  • Say goodbye to premature ejaculation, overcome impotence, and increase the size and strength of the penis. As a result of this, you can increase sperm count and prevent and alleviate prostate problems.
  • Increase sexual strength in middle age and old age to keep the passion alive in your relationship despite the passage of time.

In ancient times, the Chinese, although not as precise as modern researchers, recorded their discoveries in detail for future generations. In the West, Alfred Kinsey, a pioneer in sexual research, didn’t report many similar discoveries until 1940.

Even after testing their hypotheses in the laboratory, most men remain unaware of their multi-orgasmic potential. After all, without knowledge and a fixed technique, it’s difficult to clearly distinguish between the crescendo of orgasm and the burst of ejaculation.

“Western male sexuality remains mistakenly focused on the inevitably disappointing goal of ejaculation rather than the orgasmic process of lovemaking. The multi-orgasmic man teaches men to separate orgasm from ejaculation in their own bodies, allowing them to transform the momentary release of ejaculation into countless orgasmic peaks throughout the body”, says Mantak.

According to the words of a man who has experienced multiple orgasms, we can say that with normal, everyday ejaculation, the pleasure ends quickly. However, this isn’t the case with multiple orgasms, as the pleasure generated by them remains with the man throughout the day, and they don’t seem to have a final climax.

Female sexuality has always been the subject of research, and the same questions continue to be asked: What are female orgasms like? Are all women multi-orgasmic? Where is the G-spot? And the list goes on.

That’s why science, and even society, have always considered that there’s complete knowledge about male sexuality, when the reality is that there are many questions that men ask themselves and to which they cannot find concrete answers for.

This book can serve as a guide for both men and women to understand sexuality individually and as a couple. As Mantak says, this isn’t a book about Taoism, philosophy, or religion; it’s one that offers techniques that have been confirmed by scientific studies.

It’s an invitation to readers who are seeking a deeper experience of their sexuality to live it and enjoy it. It’s the perfect union of Eastern and Western knowledge that will benefit all those who want to achieve sexual fulfillment #sinrecato.
